Blood Help exists only to help save lives
This platform was created solely to connect voluntary donors with people in serious medical conditions who need blood support. We facilitate humanitarian coordination — we are not a blood bank, broker, or marketplace.
Buying, selling, trading, or offering payment for blood or blood products is strictly prohibited on Blood Help in any form. Violations may result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities where applicable.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blood Help at https://bloodhelp.org (the "Platform"), operated for humanitarian blood-donation coordination. By registering, browsing, or posting content, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform purpose
The Platform exists solely to help save lives by connecting people in serious medical need with voluntary blood donors and supporting organisations. It is not a marketplace for blood or blood products.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- Organisation accounts may require verification documents before full access.
3. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bloodhelp.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, voluntary, humanitarian purposes. You must not:
- Buy, sell, solicit payment for, or trade blood or blood products in any form.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent requests or donor profiles.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit other users.
- Scrape, spam, automate abuse, or attempt to disrupt Platform security.
- Impersonate hospitals, blood banks, or other users.
- Use contact details obtained through the Platform for unrelated marketing or harassment.

5. Content you post
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Blood Help a non-exclusive licence to display, moderate, and distribute it on the Platform for operational purposes. You confirm that posts about patients comply with applicable privacy laws and that you have authority to share the information.
6. No medical services
Blood Help does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or blood collection. See our Disclaimer. In life-threatening emergencies, contact local emergency services and licensed hospitals immediately.
7. Moderation and termination
We may edit, hide, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm users, without prior notice where urgent safety requires it. Serious violations (including blood commerce) may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blood Help and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, donor–requester interactions, or medical outcomes. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or accuracy of user-generated content.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law & contact
