Blood Help exists only to help save lives
This platform was created solely to connect voluntary donors with people in serious medical conditions who need blood support. We facilitate humanitarian coordination — we are not a blood bank, broker, or marketplace.
Buying, selling, trading, or offering payment for blood or blood products is strictly prohibited on Blood Help in any form. Violations may result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities where applicable.
Blood commerce is completely banned on Blood Help
Blood Help was built only to help people in serious conditions and save lives through voluntary coordination. We do not buy blood, sell blood, or allow anyone else to do so on our website, app, or related services — in any country, in any currency, for any reason.
Strictly prohibited activities
The following will lead to immediate action, including permanent bans:
- Buying, selling, trading, or brokering blood — including offers of money, goods, services, jobs, favours, organs, or cryptocurrency for blood or blood products.
- Commercial donor recruitment — ads seeking "paid donors", plasma-for-cash schemes routed through our Platform, or third-party middlemen.
- Organ trafficking or illegal tissue trade — any content suggesting non-voluntary or illegal trade.
- Fraudulent requests — fake emergencies, wrong blood types, or impersonation of patients/hospitals.
- Harassment & abuse — threats, stalking, discrimination, or sexual exploitation.
- Privacy violations — publishing others' medical records or contact data without consent.
- Platform abuse — bots, scraping, credential theft, malware, or circumventing security.
- Illegal content — anything violating applicable criminal or health-transfusion laws.
Why this matters
Commercial blood trade endangers public health, exploits the poor, and undermines safe voluntary donation systems endorsed by WHO and national blood transfusion services. Blood Help supports only ethical, voluntary donation through licensed channels.
Enforcement
- Automated and human moderation of posts, profiles, and messages.
- Removal of content and suspension or termination of accounts.
- Preservation of evidence for cooperation with law enforcement or regulators.
- Refusal of service to repeat or severe offenders.
