Blood Help exists only to help save lives
This platform was created solely to connect voluntary donors with people in serious medical conditions who need blood support. We facilitate humanitarian coordination — we are not a blood bank, broker, or marketplace.
Buying, selling, trading, or offering payment for blood or blood products is strictly prohibited on Blood Help in any form. Violations may result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities where applicable.
Medical emergency
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (e.g. ambulance) and go to the nearest licensed hospital. Do not rely on Blood Help as your only source of emergency care.
Not a medical provider
Blood Help is an online coordination tool. We do not employ doctors, nurses, or blood bank staff; we do not collect, test, store, or transfuse blood. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals.
User-generated content
Blood requests, donor profiles, and society posts are created by users. We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or legality of every post. Users are solely responsible for the information they publish.
No guarantee of outcomes
- We do not guarantee that a suitable donor will be found or will donate.
- We do not guarantee response times, blood compatibility beyond stated groups, or successful transfusion.
- Donation eligibility is determined by licensed facilities, not by our Platform.
Health & screening
Safe transfusion requires professional screening for infections, cross-matching, and proper handling. Never accept blood outside regulated medical systems. Directed donation arrangements must comply with local hospital policies and law.
Not for commercial blood
Blood Help must not be used to buy or sell blood. Any listing implying payment is unauthorised and void. See Prohibited Conduct.

Links to external sites or login via Google/Facebook are subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages.
Gamification
Points, badges, and leaderboards are motivational features only. They do not represent medical credentials, employment, or official humanitarian certification unless explicitly stated by a verified partner organisation.
Limitation of reliance
You use Blood Help at your own risk. Operators disclaim liability for harm arising from reliance on Platform content or from meetings between users, to the extent permitted by law. See Terms of Service.
