Blood Help exists only to help save lives
This platform was created solely to connect voluntary donors with people in serious medical conditions who need blood support. We facilitate humanitarian coordination — we are not a blood bank, broker, or marketplace.
Buying, selling, trading, or offering payment for blood or blood products is strictly prohibited on Blood Help in any form. Violations may result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities where applicable.
For legal notices, policy questions, abuse reports, or concerns about prohibited conduct (including attempted blood commerce), contact us using the channels below.
What to include in a report
- Your username and email (if you have an account)
- URL of the post or profile concerned
- Clear description — especially if money or trade for blood is involved
- Screenshots with date/time where possible
Response times
We prioritise safety reports (harassment, fraud, blood commerce). We aim to review urgent reports within 1–3 business days; complex cases may take longer. We are a volunteer-oriented platform and cannot provide 24/7 phone support unless advertised separately on https://bloodhelp.org.
Official correspondence
Formal legal notices may be sent to contact@bloodhelp.org with the subject line "Legal Notice — Blood Help". Include sufficient detail for us to identify the matter and respond.
Reminder: Blood Help is for voluntary life-saving coordination only. Read our mission.
